A vermicelli style meandering, this stitches quicker than a jigsaw meandering.

If you need to tell your computer what spacing you want, I would say that at 10" wide x 5.5" high, the spacing is -2.16 inches horizontally to nest, and .1 inches apart between rows.  I just quilt it as a straight repeat, no offsets.  Play around, you may get a better view.
