Berry and Leaf
A little berry between leaves, designed to travel a serpentine path (array), repeat for an overall fill, or stand alone as a detail element among other foliage.
Illustrations show a straight repeat, and one with a horizontal flip of alternate rows, which also needs an offset to the left for the leaves to nest into the nearby rows.
