On Point Basketweave

This square on point, is built of straight lines, each quarter of the diamond changes from the vertical lines to horizontal, or the other way around, so the lines appear to basket-weave. Formal, fascinating, this quilting pattern needs to be nested and offset at 50%, to fill the quilt as a pantograph, so it is not my first choice for just a border design, because it would have open background behind diamonds.
