Returns
Since a download is not returnable, your decision to purchase a pattern is not refundable.
We will work however needed, to be certain that the patterns are useable, available to you, and improved for use if necessary. Contact lauraleefritzquilts@gmail.com to explain the difficulty you experience, and the quilting system you operate.
Our goal is to make life more wonderful, not to complicate it. If you chose a pattern two times, let me know, I will reverse the selection and initiate a refund, or give you credit to choose a different pattern.
